Magnetic Separator: When the copper wire pieces passes through the magnetic separator, iron will be attracted to the rollers by magnetic force.
Electrostatic separation：Electrostatic separation can separate plastic and metal based on the difference in electric charge. If your scrap wires are very messy or with a pretty thin diameter like woolen thread, we advise you to install it.

The entire operation process is automated. The operator only needs to put the waste wires or cables into conveyor belt, then material enters the crusher through the conveyor belt and be crushed first, then separated with air separator and vibrating table. Finally the end products are transported to the outlet. The entire operation process requires little manpower, which can save you labor costs.

- If the machine runs continuously every day without any stop, it will be damaged. If your processing volume is large and need it to work continuously, you can take a 20-minute break every 4hours of operation.
