Function of Components

The following shows the functions of each component, which works together to enable the motor pulley puller machine to effectively pull motor pulleys of various sizes.

The hydraulic system includes oil pumps, oil cylinders, oil pipes and other parts, and the pulley can be pulled out by controlling the flow of hydraulic oil.

Possible Problems and Solutions

When the cylinder does not work smoothly (or does not work), please first check whether enough hydraulic oil has been added.

When the oil cylinder cannot work normally (or has no pressure), please use a thin, hard object less than 4 mm to poke the metal dots at both ends of the solenoid valve back and forth in the shutdown state. Only after manually operating to make the oil circuit unblocked can it work normally.

When you use only one function for a long time and do not use other functions, you should also turn on the unused function switch once and reset it after each startup, and then operate the function normally. Otherwise, the function that has not been used for a long time will change, which will affect the operation of the whole machine.
