Our aluminum and iron radiator separator is equipped with a frame, a motor and one reducer, and two power shafts. It can process radiator inner iron tube diameter ranges of 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, and 27mm. If you have other sizes, we can customize the spacers for you. Our efficient aluminum and iron radiator separator machine can strip aluminum-clad iron radiators, separating aluminum and iron with ease.

How Does It Work?
Select the usable spacer according to the diameter of the iron pipe (20/22/25/27mm). Adjust the width of the inlet positioning plate so that the iron pipe inside can be stuffed into the gap between the two knives and the two positioning plates can just fit on both sides of the aluminum foil.
Turn the adjustment hand wheel on the machine to adjust the gap between the upper blade and the gear on the lower power shaft to a height of one-third of the diameter of the iron pipe.
Turn on the machine and insert the iron pipe into the gap between the two blades. The heat dissipation pipe will be rolled into the machine, and the iron and aluminum separation will be automatically completed.
