Electrical box: Control crusher, two small vibrating tables, dust removal system.
Shredder: crushing waste cables.
Conveyor belt: Transfer scrap cables.
Air separation system: separating mixed copper-plastic granules by air flow.
Copper end small vibrating bed: separating copper particles by vibrating again.
Plastic end small vibrating bed: separating plastic particles by vibrating again.
Dust removal system: Collect dust throughout the whole separation process.
Water cooling equipment: reduces the temperature generated during the recycling process.

How does BS-N125 copper wire recycling machine separate copper from plastic?

After installed all parts of the scrap cable wire recycling machine and then connect the three-phase power supply.
Feed the waste cables into the feeding hole and waste cables will be broken into 3~5mm particles by crusher.
Mixed granules will enter the air separator next. You can separate copper particles and plastic particles through the influence air flow and gravity.
Copper particles and plastic particles are respectively transferred to small vibrating table for secondary separation.

For 400~500KG/H, if your cable's copper content is above 45%, then BS-N125 is ok for you; if your wire copper content is below 45%, then our BS-n130 is ok for you, all are subject to actual production.

A company offered me different machine not your machine but price they gave me is cheaper?

The final copper located in the plastic granules basin? Is there a percentage of copper granules (adherent) with plastic granules?

For the copper outlet, you can get 100% pure copper granules, In the plastic outlet, Only less than 1% copper granules are mixed with plastic.

For the mixture: you can feed the mixture into the feeding hole separating again. Or add an electrostatic separation to recover pure copper granules from the plastic.

I am wondering if you have a machine that can do multiple tasks. I want to be able to granulate copper cable. Also I want to clean aluminium radiator head and also copper/aluminium radiator?
