Hauptstruktur

BS-AN125 heavy duty wire stripping machine is simple and elegant. The three most important parts in BS-AN125 are the separation part.

  • The square-shaped pressing hole on the far left is responsible for pressing 1.5-5 mm single-strand hard wire.
  • The five small round cutting holes adopt an upper and lower double-blade structure to process scrap wires with a range of 6 -35mm.
  • The large double-blade on the right is used to handle waste wires from 15 to 120mm.

Step 1: choose a suitable feed roller hole depending on the diameter of waste wires.
Step 2: Take one waste wire each time and put it into the suitable entry hole then the machine will automatically cut the plastic skin to complete the wire stripping process. You will get the processed copper wire and plastic skin at the outlet. If the cable diameter is large, you may need to give a little strength pushing it into the inlet.
