Doppelschicht-Magnetabscheider
Double-layer magnetic separation is mainly assembled with our D series copper wire shredder and N-series cable granulator which have two conveyor belts arranged one above the other. This dual-layer separation system provides greater reliability: iron out from one belt, copper from another, remarkably improving separating efficiency.
Mainly used in copper outlet.
Working Principle:
- On the upper belt, a powerful magnetic field attracts and carries away ferrous metals, then discharged to its storage as the belt moves.
- On the lower belt, the non-magnetic material continues to move forward smoothly and is conveyed to the next processing step.
Hochintensiver Magnetabscheider
The magnetic roller separator machine is an important supported device for our high-end N-series cable granulator. It has a rotating drum with a strong magnetic field inside, featuring in sorting even very fine or weakly magnetic particles (like tiny iron powder or steel wire fragments).
Used in conveyor belt.
Working Principle:
As mixed material passes through our high-intensity magnetic drum separator, ferrous particles are captured and discharged. Non-magnetic materials—such as plastics and non-ferrous metals—remain unaffected and proceed to the next stage with iron carryover minimized to meet purity requirements.
