BS-AN130 is the latest BSGH Granulator automatic cable stripping machine model, designed for recycling various types of scrap cables. It can triple your working efficiency and is ideal for thick wires. Our machine can accurately strip the outer sheath of the cable while retaining the integrity of the internal copper, aluminum, and other metal conductors to the greatest extent, allowing the recycled metal materials to maintain a higher value.

In December 2024, this Japanese customer found us through our YouTube account. He runs a recycling station and needs a wire stripping machine to recycle his waste cables. We learned that this customer needs to process both thin wires with a diameter of 5mm and armored cables with a diameter of 100mm, so we recommended the BS-AN130 automatic cable stripping machine. The processing range of this machine covers all his raw materials, and the machine’s left and right sides can work at the same time, which is more efficient. After learning the details of the machine, the customer quickly pays the deposit.

How to operate BS-AN130 automatic cable stripping machine?

BS-AN130 automatic cable stripping machine is mainly divided into two parts: left and right, you can use them at the same time to improve the stripping efficiency. 

  • The right part can recycle thin wires from 1.5 to 38mm, equipped with 11 feeding holes. When running, the operator only needs to push scrap wire into the feeding hole of a similar size, and the machine will automatically cut its insulation layer and discharge the final product.

  • The left part is mainly used to process 15 – 120mm thick wires and armored cables. When using it, you need to adjust the device according to the following steps:

    1. Adjust the feed hole width according to the thickness of the cable.
    2. Adjust the blades height according to the diameter of the cable.

    Once the machine is adjusted, you can push the scrap wire into the gap between the two blades and the machine will automatically complete the stripping process.
