BSM-70 copper winding puller is only has the pulling function, it pulls out the stator steel through jaws and pulling platform coordinate to work together. There are many kinds of motors in the market, and they can all be processed by our motor cutting machine and our motor pulling recycling machine. The Main Structure of the machine can be divided into Grasping part et Pulling part.

Grasping part: There are two rows of fang-shaped claws having very strong force and also made of hard material thus can grasp the copper winding tightly.

Pulling part: The claws on the left and right side come together and catch the copper windings, the pulling platform above them will also come together and catch the motor silicon steel, after the grasping action is completed, the pulling platform will rise, then the copper winding and stator will be separated.

Note: As we mentioned above, the machine can be integrated with our other waste electric motor stator cutters, which means if you you have larger quantities and sizes of waste electric motors to process, you can also add a cutting part or select our BSM-50 Electric Motor Cutting Machine.

Attentions Before Processing

1. Check the electrical box of the machinery, ensuring it is not exposed to moisture.

2. Check that there are no flammable materials around to avoid dangerous accidents.

3. Inspect oil pipelines for leaks or press to tight to ensure safe use and machine bolts are fasten.

4. Inspect the pulling copper parts: there are two running tracks under that require lubrication. It is better to apply lubricating oil at least twice per day.

5. It is imperative to prioritize safety during operations. Appropriate operators should be assigned, and they should wear suitable work uniform before operations.

Possbile problems and solutions

Insufficient hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic cylinder fails to operate smoothly (or doesn’t operate at all), please check first if there is enough hydraulic oil.
Electromagnetic valve blockage. If the hydraulic cylinder fails to operate normally (or lacks pressure), please use a slender object with a diameter less than 4 millimeters to repeatedly poke and press the metal dots at both ends of the electromagnetic valve while the machine is stopped. Only after manually ensuring the hydraulic circuit is clear can normal operation resume.
Lack of lubrication in the top knife rail can cause the top knife to operate unevenly. Please remember to lubricate it promptly and regularly.

After long time operation, the core part of the copper-grabbing machine head may naturally come loose. To fix this, you need to remove the 6 screws at the back end of the cylinder connecting to the oil cylinder, twist the core to the deepest part of the oil cylinder push rod, tighten the locking screws, and then reconnect the cylinder and the oil cylinder.
When only one function is used for an long period of time without use other functions, after each startup, it’s necessary to start every function before proceeding with normal operation. Otherwise, the function that is not used for a long time will change, and affect the operation of the whole machine.
