Multifunctional Scrap Metal Crushing & Separating Line in Spain
Mr. Juan from Spain ordered our multifunctional crushing and separating line to handle his various metal scrap, achieving:
+ 1-3T/H processing capacity depending on different waste
+ Multifunction for processing all kinds of metal scrap
+ 99% separate rate and 99% pure final metal chips
+ Professional online service and on-site installation
About Client
Client: Juan, Boss of a comprehensive scrap metal recycling facility in Spain.
The Background: Driven by Europe’s booming recycling market, Juan’s facility faced a massive surge in complex mixed scrap. His incoming materials ranged from bulky copper-aluminum radiators to diverse household appliances with high iron content.
The Challenges: High Costs & Limited Space: Purchasing individual crushing and separation lines for each specific material was prohibitively expensive and required more floor space than the facility had available.
Labor Inefficiency: Relying on expensive European manual labor for dismantling and sorting was driving up operational costs and slowing down production.
Purity & Profit Loss: Most importantly, manual separation couldn’t achieve the high purity needed for final metal chips, directly cutting into bottom-line profits.
The Goal: Juan urgently needed a fully automated, multifunctional “all-in-one” solution to replace manual labor, optimize his limited floor space, and maximize his return on investment (ROI).
Solution: A Custom-Engineered All-In-One Scrap Line
The Discovery: In July 2024, Juan found BSGH Granulator on Facebook. He was impressed by the heavy-duty of our multifunction scrap metal crushing and separating line shown in our website.
The Specific Need: Standard machines weren’t enough for his complex materials. He required an advanced iron removal and aluminum separation machine for his mixed scrap.
Our Engineering Approach: Juan contacted our team. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all machine, our engineers analyzed his exact scrap composition to design a bespoke system.
The Final Result: We rapidly integrated a heavy-duty Magnetabscheider and an advanced eddy current separation system with medium sized Kupfergranulatormaschine on the base of our specialized shredder. Highly satisfied with the tailored solution, Juan placed his order in August for what he now calls his Monster Multifunctional Scrap Metal Crushing & Separation Line.

Client feedback on multifunction scrap metal crushing and separating line
Juan was highly satisfied with both the installation process and the final output. The new line successfully replaced his manual sorting, achieving a 99% separation rate for copper and aluminum while effortlessly processing his diverse range of mixed metal scrap. By upgrading to this fully automated system, the facility not only solved its space and labor shortage issues but also significantly increased its daily processing capacity and profitability.
