BSM-100 electric motor recycling machine mainly consists of a cutting part, isolation baffle, pulling part, grasping part, grasping handle, pulling handle, motor, oil tank, and pedal switch, as shown in the left picture.

How to operate BSM-100 electric motor recycling machine

Step 1: Cut the Copper Winding

Press the foot switch to control the cutter then cleanly cut one end of the copper winding.

Step 2: Fix the motor stator

Place the stator in the clamping device (with the cut end facing downward), and control the claws to firmly clamp it.

Step 3: Separate Steel from Copper

Use the operating lever to rise the pulling platform, and the silicon steel will be completely separated from copper windings.

Step 4: Collect Pure Copper

Finally, you can get clean and pure copper ready for recycling.

Precautions and daily maintenance

Before work, check the machine’s electrical box to prevent moisture, which could pose a safety hazard.
Keep flammable or explosive items away from the machine to prevent accidents.
Before starting, inspect the power supply and electrical wiring. Replace any damaged wiring immediately. Check the oil lines for leaks to ensure safe and normal operation.
The pulling part has two running tracks that require lubrication. Lubrication should be applied at least twice daily.
