what can be recycled?
A Copper Cable Granulator is mainly used to separate various types of waste wires, such as household appliance wires, fios de comunicação, fios de computador, fios grossos, fios de tear de automóveis, etc. (It is recommended to use BSGH wire stripper machine to process those diameters larger than 30MM). For wires that are as thin as hair or those messy wires, an Electrostatic separator can be installed to enhance the separation effect.
It is worth noting that O BS-N125 Model is our standard design that is both efficient and reliable even if you process thin copper/aluminum cables with a diameter below 0.2mm.

The raw material waste cable will be conveyed to the main crusher, where it will be processed into a mixture of copper-plastic particles ranging from approximately 5 to 20mm in size.
The mixture of copper-plastic granules will be processed by the air separator for the first separation and here copper granules will move to the front side, and plastic granules will move to the back side.
The copper particles and plastic particles will be sent to the small vibrating table(s) for secondary separation respectively.
Two small vibrating tables will separate the copper granules and plastic granules again, meanwhile, the magnetic will remove the iron from the copper, thus you can get 100% pure coppers.
