Copper wire shredder is specially designed for processing waste cables. It is suitable for all kinds of cables with a diameter of less than 25mm, and it can also process waste aluminum wires. When the waste cables enter the machine, the main crusher will crush them into uniform 3~5mm copper and plastic mixed particles. Then, the air separator and vibrating table will separate the copper granules from these mixed particles, and the recovery rate can reach 99.9%. Copper wire shredders are available in a variety of models with different processing capabilities. The smallest model can process 40 kg per hour, while the largest can reach 2000kg/h. Some large copper wire shredders with strong processing capabilities are not only suitable for waste cables but also can process radiators and small transformers.
