How to operate mini bSCmotor stator cutting and pulling machine?

Our Mini BSC is designed for one-person operation. The lever-controlled workflow ensures a smooth, efficient, and safe recycling process from start to finish. Follow this four-step process to achieve precise cutting and pulling function:

  1. Turn on the main switch to start the hydraulic power unit.

  2. Gently push down the hydraulic control lever. The cutting blade will move downward to cleanly slice through the scrap stators. Once the cut is complete, the blade automatically retracts as the hydraulic rod returns to its original position.

  3. Press down the operating lever to start pulling. The 8-claws will open outward, securely grip the stator, and begin the extraction process.

  4. Lift the control lever to stop the claws. They will pull inward to extract the copper windings out, when the lever is back to its original position, the pulling operation stops and ready for the next operation.

If you want to use the Mini BSC motor stator cutting and pulling machine well, you need to know how to make it better to recycle different sizes of stators.

  • Select the appropriate cutter sleeve and baffle based on the stator size. A suitable cutter sleeve ensures clean and thorough cutting of the copper windings without damaging the stator.
  • Method to replace the cutter sleeve: First loosen the locking wire on the screw rod, then loosen and remove the screw rod, and finally remove the cutter sleeve.
  • Method to replace the baffle: Retract the claws through the hydraulic control lever, then loosen the two screws on the baffle, remove and replace it with an appropriate baffle, and then tighten the screws of the baffle.
  • The two running tracks of the cutting part and the claw tracks of the pulling part need to be lubricated. It is recommended to lubricate them at least twice a day.
