Main structure of radiator shredder recycling line

BS-ACP1000 includes the main parts besides a pre-shredder, fine crusher, air separator, 2 vibrating beds, magnetic separator and dust collection system, these parts are combined to each other and working together to complete the whole recycling process, following are the different parts for your reference:

Crusher 1: A double-shaft shredder machine with two 45kw motors can crush the radiator into small pieces, the crushed mixed metal will not be twisted during the crushing.
Crusher 2: The shredded radiator will be crushed into smaller pieces between 5-25mm.
Air separator: Most of the lighter aluminum from metal mixture will be collected and other mixed metal will be conveyed to the vibrating table.
Vibrating table: Separate copper and remaining aluminum depending on their weight and air bottom fan.
Magnetic separator: Iron will be separated through magnetic force and two separators are installed on the conveyor belt to make sure the Iron can be collected completely.
Dust collection system: Remove dust through suction fans.
