Initial Setup

Once receiving your machine, place it on a flat, solid, and level surface. If equipped with casters, please ensure all wheels fixed to make machine unmovable.

Circular Cutter Operation

Feeding Guide Alignment: Adjust the positioning guide rail (angle iron) to match the exact diameter of the target cable. Ensure the cable passes through snugly without lateral shifting.
Blade Depth Calibration: Adjust the clearance between the upper and lower cutting shafts. The blade edges should precisely pierce and score the outer insulation jacket without nicking or damaging the internal copper conductor.

Replace round blades to Cross-Cutter

Schritt 1: Loosening the Shaft Nuts
Insert your chisel into the shaft nut slot and tap firmly with the hammer to break it loose.
THREAD DIRECTION NOTE:
Upper shaft utilizes a Left-Hand (Reverse) Thread (turn clockwise to loosen); Lower shaft utilizes a Right-Hand (Standard) Thread (turn counter-clockwise to loosen).
Schritt 2: Component Disassembly
Completely remove the nuts and sequentially slide the standard gears and blades off the shafts. Retrieve the flat-tooth cutters and required mounting accessories from the built-in toolbox.
Schritt 3: Cross-Cutter Assembly Installation
Slide the 20mm retaining collar (retaining ring) onto the shaft first, followed by inserting the shaft drive pin. Mount the primary gears and the outer retaining ring in sequence, then securely torque the retention nut.
Schritt 4: Calibration & Pre-Testing
1. Mount the transverse cross-cutting blade onto the tool retention screw. Insert cable into feeding inlet.
2. Adjust the upper and lower gears to clamp the cable tightly, ensuring its centerline sits slightly past the gear center axis. Fine-tune the blade depth so the tip precisely scores the insulation layer, maximizing separation efficiency during operation.

Gear Shifting & Speed Regulation

CRITICAL SAFETY PROTOCOL:

Always power off the control switch and wait for all moving shafts to come to a complete standstill before attempting to shift gears. Never open the guard panels while the motor is energized.
Verify the machine is completely powered down and open the front access door panel.
To shift gears cleanly, manually rotate the pulley adjacent to the gearbox to align the internal gear teeth.
Speed Configurations (From Low to High Torque):
Configure the levers according to your panel markings: 1-L ➔ 1-H ➔ 2-L ➔ 2-H (or 1N ➔ 2N ➔ 3N ➔ 4N).
