Main Structure

AS-60 alligator shear machine is composed of un mechanical system (main body), hydraulic system (tank, pump, valve station), electrical system, and control components, connecting them through electrical wiring and hydraulic piping to perform various tasks seamlessly.

+ The mechanical system consists of a frame, hydraulic cylinder, and related accessories. The frame includes a base welded structure, providing support for the hydraulic station and lower knife seat.

– The hydraulic cylinder, specifically the shear cylinder, is supported by two and a half pin shafts at the machine frame’s rear part. A cruciform joint connects the piston rod head to the knife rest. When high-pressure oil acts on the shear cylinder piston, it drives the piston rod for reciprocating linear motion, completing the shearing and return actions.

– Motor control circuit： Three-phase AC power supply, containing the power indicator and electric start-stop control circuit, to control a three-phase motor.
