Here are some notes when using the machine

  • Before Feeding

    After starting the machine, please run it without load for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure that all parts of the machine are operating normally before feeding.

  • After Stop

    Please stop feeding and wait until all raw materials in the crushing chamber are crushed, and then stop the machine. This can prevent the machine from getting stuck when you start it again.

  • Without Plugs and iron

    To effectively protect the shredder blades and extend the service life of the shredder machine, please cut off the plugs of the waste cables before feeding and remove iron matters. Do not put plugs or metal into the machine.

  • Sort Cables

    In order to achieve the best shredding effect, please sort the waste cables by type and diameter range before shredding, and try to avoid feeding thick and thin wires together.
