The operator only needs to put the waste wires or cables into conveyor belt, then material enters the crusher through the conveyor belt and be crushed first, then separated with air separator and vibrating table. Finally the end products are transported to the outlet. The entire operation process requires little manpower, which can save you labor costs.

- The main bearing of the separator and the eccentric bearings on both sides should be filled with high-temperatureresistant butter every four months.
- The main bearing of the electrostatic machine should be filled with high-temperature butter once a year.
- If the machine runs continuously every day without any stop, it will be damaged. If your processing volume is large and need it to work continuously, you can take a 20-minute break every 4hours of operation.
