Dual 55KW motors + twin gear reducer provide high torque, uniform power output, strong overload resistance, suitable for various heavy-load crushing tasks.
The feeding hopper is open welding, made of 4mm thickened sheet metal and reinforced with ribs, strengthening robustness and resistance to wear.
The star-delta starter is capable of reducing the starting current and ensuring steady operation.
The main frame is reinforced and welded from a national standard 150*150 thickened rectangular tube, sturdy and resistant to damage, extending MS-D1300 lifespan to ten years.

IBC container shredder Operating Precautions

Our MS-D1300 IBC container shredder should be placed on a flat and firm ground, level and stable, and must not be tilted.
Before turning on the machine, please check the shredding chamber have any objects.
Press the F1 key on the CNC display screen to start the machine.
Press the emergency stop switch, and the machine will stop working immediately.
When feeding manually, each feeding should not exceed the maximum load, and the hopper should never be filled at once.
Allow enough time between each feed to prevent overspeed feeding and machine jams.
If overfeeding causes a jam, the machine will automatically reverse for several times, then back to forward until it operates normally again.
