  • The main spindle is manufactured from 42CrMo alloy structural steel, offering excellent strength, fatigue resistance, and long-term durability under high-torque working conditions..

As shown in the video, the paper roll holder combined with the conveyor belt ensures continuous and even feeding of cigarette packaging paper into the MS-D800 small vertical shredder, preventing material bridging or overload. Driven by a high-torque reducer, the double shafts rotate in opposite directions, while robust cutting blades rapidly tear the material into thin, uniform pieces. The entire feeding and shredding process remains smooth, stable, and jam-free, even during long-time operation.
You can also lay the electric cabinet in front of you, just press the button, then the whole automated system significantly achieves pre-crushing work, convenient for further recycling process, meanwhile decreases the labor intensity, providing you with a safe and efficient solution for shredding large quantities of paper waste.
