1: Different from large copper chopper machine or medium scrap copper wire chopper machines, the capacity of BS-D70 is so small that can customize single-phase voltage.
2: But we professionally suggest you choose a three-phase machine for more stable working performance. And we also have specialized single-phase copper chopper machine for you to choose from.
Different cables have different copper content, like car cables ( copper content about 40%-45%), after processing 1 ton by copper wire chopper, you can get about 400-450 KG copper granular, the higher the copper content, the more pure copper you will get. BS-D75 and BS-D70 have different structures, BS-D75 small copper granulators improved on the basis of BS-70 in order to fit lower-price customer's demands.
