How does BS-S10 Home Wire Granulator work?

  1. Put the waste cable into the feeding port, and the main crusher process the scrap copper wire into copper-plastic mixed particles.
  2. The air separation system uses physical methods to separate the copper-plastic mixed particles. This part won’t change the chemical properties of copper and obtain relatively clean copper particles and plastic particles.
  3. The copper particles and plastic particles were respectively separated by two small vibrating tables, and you will get pure copper particles and plastic particles.

BS-S10 home wire granulator machine's average electricity consumption is approximately 7 kw per operating hour, depending on your load and material.

Because different kinds of scrap cables contain different 80%, 50%, and 30% copper, so the capacity is also so different. (The more copper contained, the more the machine capacity is, so we will see that the same machine, once it processes different kinds of cables will have different capacities).

No, your plus wire needs to be cut off beforehand. Aluminum wires can also be handled, but copper wires and aluminum wires need to be handled separately and cannot be put in together.

Yes, but because automotive wire harnesses may be partially wrapped with tape and tacky, talcum powder needs to be evenly sprinkled onto the surface before further treatment, thus, we recommend our BS-D75 smallest industrial wire granulator. However, if your budget is limited, BS-S10 can also handle, but require feeding for multiple times.
