How does our gantry shear work?
This video shows our MS-800 hydraulic gantry shear machine in action. You can see it effortlessly shearing through tough steel.
During operation, the pushing part pushes the material into the shearing area, while a pressing mechanism secures the material to prevent it from shifting. Then, the blade, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, moves downward, shearing the steel. The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, ensuring efficient and stable shearing, creating a smooth flow from feeding to unloading.
