You can see after 8 years use, his 5T/H ac radiator recycling line can still keep a stable performance. There only needs one operator to feed scraps on the conveyor belt then realize full automatic working, reducing Chen’s labor and time cost. Look! 5T/H ac radiator recycling line BS-ACP1200 mainly consists of a vertical pre-shredder, main crusher, air separator, vibrating table, magnetic separator, and dust removal system. All components work together to complete the entire process from crushing to separation.

  • Vertical crusher: The first crusher with vertical structure can directly pre-shred various complex radiators into 10-40cm fragments. 
  • Main crusher: Further crushes scrap radiators to 15-35mm in size. 
  • Air separator: The core component of the separation system, capable of efficiently separating most of the lighter aluminum particles from all mixed particles.
  • Vibrating table: Vibrating tables can completely separate copper and aluminum by utilizing the difference in weight, making separation rate up to 99%.
  • Magnetic separator:  Remove iron inside the mixed particles out.
  • Dust collection system: Collect dust generated during crushing and sorting in real time to keep the working environment clean.
