AS-630 alligator shear machine is suitable for cutting various metal plates, steel pipes, iron plates, and other raw materials with thicknesses less than 45mm into manageable sizes to facilitate further recycling, save space, or reduce transportation costs.
Our alligator shear machine is driven by a high-performance hydraulic system. It is small in size but has strong torque, achieving excellent cutting force, and can easily cut various waste materials. In addition, the hydraulic system also provides consistent pressure output and precise power control, ensuring that the machine runs smoothly and efficiently for a long time.
High cutting frequency, 7-8 cuts per minute, supports fast and continuous processing of various materials.
It adopts hydraulic and electrical integrated control, and the machine can be freely set to single shearing or continuous shearing. The scissors can be started or stopped at any position during the working process.

Application

AS-630 alligator shear machine is ideal for cutting round steel, square steel, channel steel, angle iron, steel plates, and various scrap metal structures, including bicycles. It is widely used in metal recycling facilities, scrap car dismantling plants, and the smelting and casting industries.

AS-630 alligator shear machine mainly has three components: host machine, electrical system, and hydraulic system.

The main machine is mainly composed of a frame, a blade support, a hydraulic cylinder, and other parts. The fixed blade is fixed on the frame, and the moving blade is installed at the front end of the blade support.

When the machine is running, the cylinder drives the blade bracket to move up and down around the blade bracket axis to achieve shearing action.

Electrical System: The main circuit adopts three-phase 380V AC, including electrical indication and motor control lines.

The control circuit converts 380V power into 220V power through a transformer to meet the needs of various occasions.
This device has two circuits, one for controlling pressing and shearing, and one for controlling reversing and rotation.

The hydraulic system is an important control system of the AS-630 alligator shear machine, which is mainly composed of an oil pump, high-pressure filter, valve block, valve, oil tank, etc.

Operation Guide of AS-630 alligator shear machine

Single operation

Put the button in the single operation position, that is, each action of the shearing machine is completed by pressing the button once and a shearing action is completed. (One shearing process of pressurizing – shearing – releasing pressure – returning is a working cycle).

Continuous operation

Put the button in the continuous operation position, and the shearing machine completes the process from pressing to shearing and returning, working in a cycle.

Safety Operation Precautions

Note 1

The amount of sheared material cannot exceed the specified range. When shearing irregular metal scraps, make sure that there is no metal pressing or propping on the machine before operation to avoid damage, and clean the impact objects on the shearing surface or inside the machine in time. It is strictly forbidden to shear hardened steel (or brittle materials) and canned containers, flammable and explosive items.
Note 2

In order to ensure fast, efficient, and smooth shearing, the blade should be polished and trimmed or the shear knife should be replaced in time when not used for a long time, and the cutting position between the shear knives should be adjusted.

Note 3

Do not put your feet, hands, or any other parts of your body on the pressure plate or upper and lower shears, and do not clean materials or the machine while it is running. If objects fall into the machine and affect its operation, please shut it down immediately. The machine cannot be operated with a fault or overload.
Note 4

Our machine is equipped with an emergency stop device. If you find any abnormality during operation, please press the "Emergency Stop" button and the shearing machine will stop at any time. Press it again and the shearer will be backhaul.
