Working process of the armoured cable shredding recycling line

1. Armor cable chopper machine initially shreds the armored cables with strong shearing and tearing forces can easily reduce the armored cables to manageable sizes.
2. Conveyor belt conveys the initially shredded scrap wire to the main crusher. At the same time, the belt magnetic separator installed on the conveyor belt removes all the iron in the cable.
3. Main crusher crushes the scrap wire into 3-5mm copper and plastic mixed particles.
4. Two air separators use the air and difference in weight of the two materials to separate them, extracting the copper particles from the plastic insulation layer.
5. Vibrating tables secondary separate the mixed particles. Finally, you will get 100% pure copper particles, iron, and plastic insulation layers, all of which can be recycled or sold directly at a high price.
