As is known, In Oman, air conditioning is a survival necessity. The extreme climate leads to a rapid turnover of AC units, creating a massive surplus of scrap. Mr. Muhammad recognized the potential to recover copper from these discarded radiators.
The Operational Challenge: Manual Dismantling is a Dead End. Initially, the operation relied on workers manually separating materials with basic tools. This caused immediate issues:
- Low Efficiency: Hammers and pliers cannot keep up with the volume of waste.
- High Labor Costs: The yield of copper did not justify the man-hours required.
- Incomplete Separation: Valuable metal was being lost or waste.
2018: First Pot of Gold
To overcome the limitations of manual efficiency, Muhammad urgently needed an automatic machine. However, how to choose a suitable one and which brand to choose? That’s a question. Then he searched for “Radiator Recycling Machine” on Google, and encountered with Granulateur BSGH: Immediately fell in love with our flagship product – radiator stripper machine BS-1200P. The video on the webiste demonstrated its fast processing speed, ability to handle both single and double-layer radiators directly, and ease of operation. Radiator stripper machine BS-1200P is one of the most representative products in BSGH Granulator. As the original inventor, we holds the unique patent. BS-1200P enables to process both 1-layer and 2-layer scrap radiators directly in a single pass. Up to 100% separation rate, it can keep final copper tubes intact, able to sell at an absolute top market price.

Note: For multi-layer or oversized radiators, simply use a band saw to cut them into singe layer or 2 layer or smaller sections that fit BS-1200P’s feeding size, then you can use it to finish stripping.

Instead of manual separation, Mr. Muhammad instantly doubled his production capacity after using BS-1200P. The perfectly intact copper tubes and clean aluminum foil allowed him to receive a higher purchase price than his competitors. Thereby he earned the first pot of gold and established BSGH Granulator’s professional reputation in his mind.
Maximizing AC Scrap Value
As the volume of disassembled radiators increased, Mr. Muhammad discovered two undervalued “treasures” in discarded air conditioners: used compressors and power connection cables. To avoid wasting any copper, he subsequently purchased supporting equipment:
- Electric Motor Recycler: Plasma compressor casing cutter specifically open the outer casing of air conditioner compressors and motor stator dismantling machine BSM-40 quickly extract the high-purity copper windings inside.
- Mini Copper Granulator BS-D75: Used to crush and separate various power wires from air conditioners, transforming waste into pure copper granules.





- Plasma compressor shell cutting machine enables to remove the hard steel casing of round, flat, long or short scraps even irregular shape compressors.
- Fully automatic design allows you to finish removing shell in just 15-20 seconds.






- Motor stator wrecker machine BSM-40 can pull scrap motor stator up to 500mm in diameter.
- Through adjusting hydraulic lever and control foot pedal, you can easily and safely extract intact and pure copper coil out.


- The smallest three phase copper granulator.
- Recovery rate can reach up to 99.99% with 100% high copper purity.
- Handle household wires, car wires, square wires, communication wires, mixed wires and multi-core wires below 25mm.
By integrating our Motor Wrecker et Granulateur de fil de cuivre, Mr. Muhammad boosted copper recovery rate of AC to 99%. Such an efficiency made him as the local market leader in maximizing profits from air conditioner waste.
2025: The Industrial Leap of radiator recycling plant
Business was booming, but the machine was too slow. By 2025, Mr. Muhammad was the top player in Oman. Trucks full of scrap radiators were arriving every day. But he had a problem. His old machine, the BS-1200P, requires workers to feed radiators one by one. It simply couldn’t keep up with the huge volume. The scrap piles were getting higher and higher. He needed a change—fast. So, he contacted us immediately and told us: “I need a bigger line”
