Single shaft shredder
Advantages:
1 The single-shaft shredder avoids frequent jamming compared to the dual-shaft shredder.
2 The disadvantage of the single-shaft shredder is it can’t shred hard wires effectively and may cause blade idling, so we add a hydraulic pulling system to press down the wires into the blades thus the machine can operate in good order.
3 The shredder has a conveyor belt with a bridge width of 300 mm and is equipped with partitions to prevent materials from falling down through both sides of the conveyor belt thus prolonging its lifespan.
4 This machine you can use forklift loading the raw material, but should not too much one time.

Main crusher
The main crusher uses square blades with four sharp cutting sides which can cut materials effectively and save time as well. It is also installed with a conveyor belt to carry waste wires into the crusher.

Air Separation*4 + Dust Collector*4
- This machine is equipped with four air separation systems.
Air separation works by using air currents to separate materials based on their density. Lighter materials like plastic and insulation are blown away by the air currents to plastic outlet, while the heavier copper is directed into front copper outlet under vibration and air blower. - Equipped with four 1000 x 800 x 2300 mm dust collectors with a 3+1.5 kW motor. A dust collector is for collecting fine dust and particles that are generated during the wire granulation process.
As wires are shredded, crushed and separated, there’s will have dust, especially if cable dirty or other materials involved. The dust collector helps maintain a clean and safe working environment by preventing dust and particulate matter from spreading throughout the workspace.
