The factory testing video shows a BS-D10 copper wire shredder machine running smoothly for our Indonesian customer, Iran.

During the test, we fed a mixture of thin scrap wires with fine copper conductors. Despite the small wire size, BS-D10 achieved excellent separation results: the recovered copper was clean with almost no visible plastic, while almost no copper was found in the plastic outlet.

How to Recycle Copper from BS-D10 copper shredding machine?

Recycling scrap cables with BS-D10 copper wire shredder machine is a simple four-step process.
1. Crushing
Scrap cables are fed into BS-D10, where the main crusher cuts and granulates them into small copper and plastic particles.
2. Air Separation
The crushed material then enters the air separator. By using the density difference between copper and plastic, most of the two materials are separated efficiently.
3. Fine Separation
Any remaining mixed particles pass through a small vibration table for further separation, helping recover residual copper and improve the final purity.
4. Final Collection
After separation, clean copper granules and plastic are discharged through separate outlets, ready for collection, reuse, or further recycling.

I have different cables and would like to use an pre-shredder connected to BS-D10 copper wire shredder. If you have such an option, please send me information with the quote.

Surely we can assemble a pre-shredder for BS-D10 copper wire shredder, but not recommended. Pre-shredder is mainly used for medium or bigger-size granulator machines. BS-D10 is a small capacity machine only 100kg/H, no need to add the pre-shredder.
