Our Story

BSGH Granulator’s story began with the work of separating copper wire from scrap cables.

In the 1990s, many recyclers still removed cable insulation by hand. It took time and physical effort, also can’t make good use of cables.

1995

In 1995, Mr. Xu developed a single-roller, single-blade wire stripping machine—to help recyclers remove insulation faster and reduce the work by hand.

The wire stripping machine was only the beginning. As some customers had cables with a wider range of diameters, fine wires were difficult to strip individually, and growing scrap yards needed higher daily processing capacity. Each of these problems gave us a clear direction for the next step in product development.

Mr. Xu developed additional wire stripping machines. Later he moved into copper granulators to help recyclers separate copper from plastic more efficiently. As customers needed higher capacity, BSGH Granulator gradually developed larger machines and complete recycling lines.

Over time, the work extended beyond cable to scrap motors, radiators and other metal recycling applications.

Considering recycling different materials, one thing became clear: the right machine always starts with understanding the scrap.

That is why, before recommending any equipment, we first check what material you process, the volume you have and targeted final products. BSGH Granulator strictly follow the method from our first wire stripper, and it still guides every recycling solution we build today.

Company History

As recyclers began handling more cable and a wider range of materials, our equipment evolved with their needs—from simple wire stripping machines to larger and more complete metal recycling solutions.

1995 · First wire stripping machine

Mr. Xu developed the first single-roller, single-blade wire stripping machine to make insulation removal faster and less dependent on manual work, which marked the starting point of our equipment development.

Expanding wire stripping range

Different cables need different stripping methods. As our customers began handling more types of scrap cable, we developed more stripping machines to match different cable needs.

Moving into small copper granulation

As cables became finer and more complex, wire stripping alone could not handle every type efficiently. We therefore developed small copper granulation solutions to recover copper from mixed and difficult-to-strip cables.

Building larger cable recycling systems

With bulk cable wires that customers needed to process, we expanded our range with larger cable granulator machines and complete lines. Shredding, granulation, conveying, and separation were combined into one smooth recycling process.

Extending beyond cable recycling

As our customers started handling more types of scrap metal, we expanded from cable recycling into motor dismantling, radiator recycling, and metal size reduction step by step.

American recycler Kevin operating two scrap yards needed to handle a growing cable scraps. Factory visits, production checks and a witnessed test run finally helped confirm BS-A1300 recycling line, followed by on-site installation support.

One line for
a varied material mix.

A waste processor needed to handle radiators, aluminium profiles and other metal scrap. BS-ACP1300 machine combined material crushing and separation in one line, with layout, installation and commissioning support.

What BSGH Granulator Stands For

Choosing the right recycling equipment comes down to your practical needs: whether the machine can process your material, whether its capacity matches your workload, and whether it fits the available space and power conditions.

Different customers have different recycling needs. A recycler handling fine automotive wire needs a different solution from one processing heavy power cable. An electrician dealing with occasional cable offcuts also needs a different setup from a recycling center planning a complete processing line.

Even when two customers ask about the same machine, their materials, capacity, and working conditions may be different. That is why BSGH Granulator first checks your scrap, processing goal, and actual operation before recommending equipment.

What does BSGH Granulator do?

We design and manufacture equipment for processing metal scrap. Depending on your material, our machines can strip insulation from cables, granulate cables into pure copper, dismantle motors, separate metals from radiators or reduce bulky scrap into smaller pieces for further processing.

Can you help if I am new to metal recycling?

Do you offer both small machines and complete recycling lines?

Can one machine process every type of metal scrap?

No, there is no “one for all” machine. Cable stripping, wire granulating, motor dismantling, radiator separation and shredding serve different purposes. Some lines can handle several material types, but compatibility should be checked against your actual scrap before selecting equipment.
