Note:
All the parameters mentioned above are based on the standard configurations of the 2 horizontal baling machines, which means there is still considerable space for customization, like baling method(Front pushing-out is not suggested), press box size(bale size), motor power, operating method and machine color.
In general, for horizontal baler machines equipped with two pressure cylinders, we recommend customers to customize the Push-out baling method. But Turn out baling method is still supported.

The working principle of a metal horizontal baler machine is relatively simple but the machine is highly efficient. First, place the metal material to be baled on the machine’s press box. Then, the operator just need to press “Auto” button to start the whole baling process, because our horizontal balers are both full-automatic, all the parts of the machine are driven in an integrated manner. The “Auto” button is the master key to open your door to efficient scrap metal recycling.
