Dual-shaft car engine shredder

Dual-shaft car engine shredder mainly uses two main shafts rotating in opposite directions and filled with blades to continuously squeeze and shear the raw materials, and finally crush them into 3-5cm particles.

Our machine is driven by "dual motors + dual reducers", with low spindle speed and high torque. Even when faced with high crushing force requirements, it can easily complete the crushing task.
The length of the feed port reaches 1.5 meters, which facilitates the rapid input of car engines. The crushing chamber has a reasonable structure and is not easily stuck by raw materials.
H13 high-strength, high-toughness blade is durable and can ensure long-term high-crushing performance.

Hammer mill car engine shredder

Hammer mill car engine shredder works by repeatedly impacting the material inside the crushing chamber with multiple hammers to reduce its size. Materials smaller than the screen size are discharged from the machine, while larger materials remain in the crushing chamber for continued processing.
