After metal scraps filled into press box, hydraulic system will squeeze and impact on the metal scraps to shape the scraps into the shape of the inner cavity of the press box, and then get bales by lifting. Our metal baling machine consists of a hydraulic system and a main machine; different cylinders besides a main cylinder, side cylinders, top cover cylinder and a small door cylinder, different pressure balers, may have different quantities of cylinders. Note: Normally, the baling methods of our machines has various options like front pushing-out push-out, turn out, depending on your preference. However, 315T and 400T Scrap Metal Baling Machines has so large capacity that may be necessary to equip dual main cylinders to support pushing-out, and for 400T baling press machine, we also recommend you to select pushing out baling method as its more durable, or you can use grabbing machine to catch the bale to prevent it from falling apart.

Operating Tips
Correct operation is the first condition for long-lasting service of the machine. Only by operating the baling machines according to the following principles can they complete the scrap metal baling task on schedule with optimal quality.
1.The operator should understand the equipment operating procedures and precautions, and should close the upper box lid door before starting to bale.
2.The machine should be started to idle for more than 5 minutes to check whether the oil level is sufficient, whether the oil pump sound is normal, and whether there is any leak in the hydraulic unit, pipes, joints, and pistons.
3.If you choose the manual operating method, then during the baling process, quickly push the hydraulic operating handle to the designated position, and return the valve handle to the normal neutral position for each operation.
4.When shutting down, the upper cover should be closed, the motor should be stopped, and the power supply should be cut off.
5.After the machine completes operation, all hydraulic cylinder rods should be retracted to prevent dust from damaging the sealing rings and causing oil leakage.
6.Regularly maintain the scrap metal baling machine, and if any oil leakage is found in the oil pipe, please repair it immediately.
Maintenance Tips
Considering that heavy-duty machines have greater durability, their daily maintenance is also particularly important. Now we will introduce to you the daily maintenance precautions for the two heavy-duty metal baling machines, 315T and 400T baler machines.
1.Hydraulic oil needs to be filtered before filling to maintain sufficient oil volume. The oil tank should be cleaned and the oil replaced every 6 months.
2.The debris in the press box should be cleaned once per one or two cycle.
3.Clean, maintain and fill the lubricating oil at the lubrication area at least once per cycle as required.
4.Once every 3 months, in addition to the above 3 tips, add some lubricating oil to all parts (shaft, center) and bearings.
5.Please note that several parts should not be refueled: the feed and return rollers, all belts and surrounding areas.
6.When the machine is abnormal at the working process, shut it down immediately to troubleshoot the cause of the failure.
7.During the machine working, it is not allowed to repair or touch the machine moving parts.
8.It is strictly forbidden to press the raw materials in the bale pressing box with your hands or feet.
