BSM-40 scrap motor recycling machine can efficiently recycle motors of different diameters, have a wider processing range and is multifucntion machine. This machine is an updated version of the BSM-10, the performance is more superior, the motor adopt the pure copper and national standard, so it has high power, stable performance and long working continuity. The hydraulic clamps and lifters of the hydraulic part are uniquely designed to pull out copper windings from larger and heavier motors. The diameter of the copper windings should be less than 500MM.

How Scrap Motor Recycling machine works?
The operation of the machine can generally be divided into two steps.
Step1: Try to place one end of the motor copper winding under the cutting knife, then operator should turn around the motor manually after every cut until the copper winding is totally cut off.
Step2: Then put the stator on the copper pulling part to separate copper windings and silicon steel. Note: You should put the stator into appropriate claws according to its diameter.
Note: Any of the cutting part with 2 pulling parts and hydraulic pliers can work at the same time. In this way, working efficiency can be enhanced greatly.

The structure of Scrap Motor Recycling machine Show:
The main structure is consist of Cutting part and Pulling part.
Cutting part can be divided into three types depending on the different blades it has. And each is designed to cut different types of motors.
Flat blade cutting: This type is used to halve the motor case. ST-400 and BSM-50 are equipped with it.
Sharp Blades Cutting: It is designed for cutting the motor stator. Machines such as ST-400 and BSM-50 use this kind of blade to cut.
Semi-Rod Blade Cutting: It is used to cut the copper winding at one end of the stator leading the pulling process more easier. MR-W, BSM10/20/40/60 and BSC mainly rely on this type.
Pulling part: This motor recycling machine has three types of mechanical claws used to pull the rotor part, consisting of 8 claws, 16 claws and a hydraulic clamp. The 8-claw is used to grab rotors below 120mm, the 16-claw is employed to grab rotors below 180mm, and the hydraulic clamp is made for grabbing large stators.
