Structure

The machine is mainly composed of four parts, namely the pneumatic claws, plasma cutter, CNC control system and large filter cartridge dust collector.

Pneumatic Claws & Plasma Cutting System

The four pneumatic claws will automatically grasp the compressor shell to be cut, assisting the plasma cutting spray gun to cut the compressor at the fastest speed, ensuring that the cutting incision will not become uneven due to delay.

CNC Control System

CNC operating procedures are safe and fully automated, already pre-arranged before shipment. The operator does not need to touch anything of the CNC control panel. Just check for errors in the program or settings, operation is very easy, so one operator can operates many machines. This means you can save a lot manpower.

large filter cartridge dust collector

The large cartridge dust collector adopts the latest zero-pollution dust removal technology, and works in conjunction with the plasma cutting machine to ensure both efficiency and environmental friendliness.

And please note that when the blocked smoke and dust continue to click on the surface of the inner filter, the pulse system should be regularly turned on to clean the filter.
