The working process of a car baler machine involves several key steps, each designed to efficiently bale and pack scrap cars into manageable bales. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the process:
Preparation: Before bale scrap cars which may involve removing any hazardous materials or fluids, or disassembling the car seat or take out the car engines and other parts.
Feeding: Scrap cars after processing will be loaded into the baler’s compression chamber, either manually or using a mechanical loader.
Initial Compression: The hydraulic system activates, applying pressure to the car from the sides, top, and bottom to begin the compression process.
Full Compression: The car is further compressed until it reaches a fraction of its original volume, typically about one-tenth or smaller.
