To effectively reduce the emission of pollutants when burning waste, BSGH Granulator has specially created this multifunctional smokeless incinerator, providing a new option for efficient, environmentally friendly, and safe waste treatment.
Our smokeless incinerator are driven by electricitry, can quickly burn various garbage and waste, with a maximum processing capacity of 800kg/h, without emitting smoke and causing pollution to the environment. To improve the durability and reliability, we use thickened A3 steel plate to manufacture the machine body and high-temperature boiler steel plate to produce the combustion chamber to ensure that it will not be damaged even when burning high heating value garbage.

How to use smokeless incinerator?

1. Preparation before use
• Before use, please ignite the charcoal or wood to bake at a low temperature for 48 hours.
• The equipment should be placed horizontally on the ground, and flammable and explosive items should not be piled around it.
• Please check whether the power connection is normal before use.
2. Using methods
• To start the smokeless incinerator, you need to ignite the fire first. You can use dry firewood or apply a small amount of diesel to the material to help it ignite more easily.
• Please feed waste continuously, don’t feed too much at one time.
• When the material is burning, you can adjust the wind direction through the baffle in front of the fan. After the furnace temperature rises, the baffle position should be in the middle.
• If the flame rises very high, you should stop feeding. When the flame is lower than the incinerator, you can continue feeding.
• If you need to process low heating value materials, it is best to burn them together with higher heating value materials.
