Main structure

AS-1000 Used Alligator Shear is composed of mechanical system, electrical system, and hydraulic system, which are connected through hydraulic pipelines and circuits to complete the cutting work.

 + Mechanical system: It consists of a frame, blade holder, hydraulic cylinder and related accessories. The structure is stable and the metal strength is strong enough which is good at supporting continuous operation. The base and brackets of machine are all welded parts and adopt aging treatment to enhance their hardness and strength. Brackets use double wall board structure to ensure the solidity of machine.
