Yes, the copper cable wire granulator machine mainly has 2 types: water type and dry type. The differences between water-type and dry-type wire separator machines: the biggest difference is the working principle.
1. Water type: for the whole recycling process with water, after crushing the waste cable wires, mainly separate the copper and plastic through the water cycle and vibration. The final product is wet copper and plastic granular.
2. Dry type: the whole recycling process is without water, mainly separating the copper and plastic through air separator and vibrator. The final product is dry copper and plastic granular. And our BS-100 is a dry-type copper wire separator machine.

If the copper outlet has plastic, mainly 2reasons:
1: The air bottom fan wind is too small, you only need to adjust the wind to bigger.
2: Possible the air separator sieve is stuck, pls take it out and clean it with the air gun.
