Precautions when using

  1. The adjustment of the left and right springs is very important for the operation of the machine. If you adjust the springs properly, the load bearing capacity of the motor, the durability of blades will be improved.
  2. Before use, please make sure the power supply is normal. You need to use the national standard 4 square power cord, and it is strictly forbidden to use a power cord that is too thin or too long (try not to exceed 15 meters).
  3. After starting the motor, please check whether the machine is running normally. Please do not stand near the machine outlet when operating the machine.
  4. The cable connector should be cut off when feeding to avoid problems such as blade damage and wire jam.

Connect the power
Check the wire connection and electric motor is in good connections.

Start the motor
Whether the machine works stably, then feed your scrap wires into the suitable feeding hole.

Step 3

Machine working
There's 2 kinds of blades, according cable types, input into different inlet.

Step 4

Get the pure copper and plastic.
After processed by the machine, copper and plastic skin will be completely separated.
