Through this video, we can see that just one person can operate BS-AN160 successfully. During processing, Two blades rotate rapidly cutting the plastic outer skin of waste wire from upper and lower directions easily and completely. The whole separation is smooth without any hindrance and the final product is also perfect.

Main Structure

The structure of the BS-AN160 is mainly divided into two parts including the large double-blade cutting table on the right and the small double-blade cutting table on the left. The processing range of right side is 20-160mm and the left side is 10-40mm.

How does BS-AN160 Armoured cable Stripping Machine work?

The operation process of this machine is very simple.

Step 1

Select the appropriate processing table according to the diameter of the waste wire you have.

Step 2

Put the waste wire on the support table then push it into the gap between the upper and lower blades. The machine will automatically strip the waste wires.

Step 3

The processed scrap wires will be discharged from the other end of the machine.
