BS-D50 wire recycling with an electrostatic separator is a split-type machine, shreds scrap raw material into copper and mixed plastic granules first, after under the action of 3separation system(an air separation system, small table separator and electrostatic separation) to separate copper and PVC completely, also is the middle capacity from BSGH Granulator, this model improved on the basis of BS-D60, the processing capacity of about 300-500 KG per hour. This model is mainly for scrap cables and ultra-fine copper wires, these ultra-fine copper wires are crushed and separated and will have no copper losses under an electrostatic separator function, If you have more such ultra-fine copper wires, BS-D50 will be your best choice.
