The main body of this model is BS-D60, after equipped a dual shaft shredder, capacity of BS-D600 can reach 400~600KG/H, lower noise.
Dual shaft shredder. The machine has two shafts that are equipped with blades or cutters. The two shafts rotate in opposite directions to ensure that the material is completely shredded.
Main crusher. The most important crushing device of a copper granulator machine, determines the machine performance, size and quality of the copper particles.
Air separation system. Using the principle of different material gravity to separate copper and plastic particles.
Two small vibration tables. Cooperate with air separator, separate the copper and plastic granules again by vibrating.
Conveyor belt. Save time and labor by conveying waste cables throughout the recycling process.
Dust collection device. Remove dust during machine operation and protect the machine.
1.The dual shaft shredder cuts waste cables into 5~20cm pieces in advance.
2.The main crusher process the waste cables into 3~5mm particles.
3.The copper and plastic will be separated under the principal of air separation and vibration to separate.
4.The small vibrating table removes the remaining plastic in the copper particles to obtain pure copper particles and plastic particles.
Yes, the pre-shredder is an individual machine, you can use it with other copper wire recycling machines, also can crush other materials.
Yes, you can process different types of wires together, but can't process aluminum and copper wire together.
The capacity will be a little different when processing different kinds of cables.
