If you want to process used car loom wires, we recommend you add talcum powder. Car loom wires plastic skin contains tapes and tapes may take copper granules to plastic outlets, which will cause copper loss. Talcum will solve this problem.

If you need to process plug wires and the quantity is large, we recommend that you cut off the plugs before recycling, to protect the blades of the main crusher and prevent the copper particles from being doped with iron.

BS-D85 copper rice machine structure

1. Dual shaft shredder:

Dual shaft shredder main function is to cut scrap cables into 5~20cm pieces. It can protect main crusher blades and accelerate the recycling speed.

2. Main crusher: 

Main crusher is used to break scrap cables into 3~5mm granules.

3. Air separator:

To separate copper-plastic granules. After processing by air separator, you can get 100% pure copper, less plastic with little copper.

4. Vibrating table: 

Vibrating table usually cooperates with air separator, it is used for secondary separation. After processing by vibrating table, you will get 99.9% purity copper granules.

Note: Except for these 4 main parts, other components also play an important role in the recycling process.

  1. Dust collection system is to collect dust to protect the environment and keep machine clean;
  2. Conveyor belts are responsible for passing scrap cables to different parts. Each part of the machine is high quality and I believe you will be satisfied with it.
