High end products BS-N135 cable wire recycling machine is one of the most popular models in N series granulators. This model adopts N series heavy duty main crusher, which can easily break all kinds of scrap wires into small granules, processing capacity of about 400~600kg/h. For recycling different kinds of cables, this machine’s capacity is also not the same. In addition, it is equipped with an electrostatic separator, which can minimize copper loss and help you earn more money.

About the electrostatic separator, we provide 2 types for you choose.  You can check electrostatic separator page to choose the most suitable one.

About the main body, we classified BS-N135 cable wire recycling machine to big capacity cable recycling machinery according to its capacity, which can process about 4000KG scrap cables a day. If you don’t have so much wires, we provide you medium cable recycling equipment or small capacity machine to choose.

Two main parts of Cable Wire Recycling Machine BS N135

Note: Before you start up the machine, please make sure the machine is put on a flat floor.

step 1:Crush the scrap cable.

For this part, the whole process working by dual shaft shredder and main crusher.

Dual shaft shredder is in charge of processing the scrap cables into 5~20CM pieces.

Main crusher is in charge of breaking the waste wires into 3~5MM granules.

Separation is achieved by an air separator, small vibrating table and electrostatic separator. We can directly know how each part of cable wire recycling machine cooperates to work by watching the video.
