ECO1000 is a high-performance large cable granulator machine from BSGH Granulator, its processing capacity is about 1T/H, equipped with a large shredder and two separators. This machine can recycle all kinds of scrap copper, including scrap copper wire, aluminum wire, fuses and small transformers.
The machine works in excellent mechanical behavior, the separation rate of BS-ECO1000 can reach 99.9%, and the quality of the machine is so good, get all our customers good feedback and the machine also has a long service life.

Main components of the machine:

  1. ECO1000 cabel granulator is a high-end machine and it also is  the main body of BS-F3000 and BS-F1000
  2. Main Crusher. The main crusher adopts a high-hardness spindle and alloy steel blade to ensure the raw material can be completely crushed. High-hardness spindle and alloy steel blades are so durable and you needn’t change the blade frequently.
  3. The first separation part of ECO1000 is air separation equipment, this processing won’t change the chemical attributes, and the final copper particles and plastic particles can be directly recycled. And two separators working at the same time greatly increase the working efficiency.
  4. A small vibrating table will carry on the secondary separation, copper outlet and plastic outlet are respectively equipped with a small vibrating table, and the vibrator table will separate the copper granules and plastic granules again to reach a recycling rate of 99.9%.
  5. The dust collection system has high dust removal efficiency and can effectively control dust overflow.

How does the Cable granulator work?

1. Feed the waste cable into the main crusher, the main crusher will process the waste cable into mixed copper-plastic particles.

2. The air separator uses physical methods to separate the mixed copper-plastic particles to obtain relatively clean copper particles and plastic particles.

3. Two small vibrating tables separate copper granules and plastic granules again to get pure copper and pure plastic.

The separation rate and the working efficiency of ECO1000 wire granulator are very high, and the mechanical performance of the machine is excellent. The separation rate can reach 99.9%, and there is almost no copper loss, which is the most advanced N series of BSGH Granulator.
