Our BS-F3000 is equipped with magnetic separator and electrostatic separator, these two equipment are respectively used to process ferrous cable and very thin cable. If you don’t have very thin copper wire, our BS-F1000 may be your best choice.

How does bs-f3000 copper wire granulators work?

  1. Double shaft shredder process the waste cable into 3~5 cm pieces.
  2. Scrap cable piece are conveyed to Main crusher by conveyor belts.
  3. Main crusher process the waste cable wire pieces into mixture copper-plastic granules.
  4. Convey belts conveys mixture copper-plastic granules to air separator.
  5. The copper particles and plastic particles are respectively transferred to a small vibrating table for the second separation. During this process, the magnetic will remove the iron from copper. And you will get the pure copper and pure plastic granules.
  6. Plastic outlet is equiped with a electrostatic separator to separate the copper from plastic again and reduce copper loss.
