Copper rice machine is a specialized machine used for the recycling of various types of cables, such as copper cables, aluminum cables, and other types of wires, crushing and separating copper from mixture of plastic. Our BS-D80 is a large-capacity machine manufactured by BSGH Granulator. This model can quickly crush the scrap cable well with two crushing parts and separate the copper and plastic well with D series big air separator and exceptional performance vibrating.

For larger capacity, we use a big capacity main crusher and equipped dual shaft shredder to cooperate with it. Also, this model contains convey belts, which can save labor costs and improve your efficiency.

In order to reach higher recycling rate when processing thin wire, we recommend customers equipped D series electrostatic separator.

For higher purity of copper granules,  we equipped a magnetic separator for BS-D80 copper rice machine, this part is very useful if you have ferrous cables, it can remove the iron from copper.

Copper Rice Machine BS-D80 working process:

  1. Dual shaft shredder cut scrap cable into pieces.
  2. Main crusher crush scrap wire pieces into granules
  3. Air separator cooperate with vibrating table separate copper-plastic granules into copper granules with little plastic and plastic granules with little copper. And dust collection system will collect dust produced in whole process.
  4. Magnetic separator is usually installed on vibrating table of copper outlet, and it will remove iron in copper granules.
  5. Electrostatic separator is installed after plastic outlet, and it will maximally recycle the thin copper in plastic.

A little tip: Although we classfied cable granulation plant into large capacity, medium capacity and small capacity, their working process is almost same and you can equip every support equipment you need.
