Shred scrap wires into 5-10 cm pieces with large torque.
Crush scrap wires into the mixture of copper granules and plastic granules.
Separate copper granules and plastic granules by using the weight difference between copper and plastic.
Installed on the copper and plastic ends for secondary separation to improve the purity of copper and plastic.
Equipped with two conveyor belts for conveying materials to improve production efficiency.
Remove iron pieces or chips contained in the scrap wires or copper granules.
We also provide the following 6 parts to improve processing efficiency or extend the service life of machine.
We provide three kinds of sieve meshes, including vibrating table mesh, crusher mesh and airflow separator mesh for improving separating efficiency.
