Main Structure of copper wire granulator machine

  1. BS-D65 electrostatic separator copper wire granulator is equipped with a crushing device, which is used to crush waste cable wires.
  2. Air separation device: the primary separation part for a copper wire granulator.
  3. Two small vibrating tables: secondary separation device. Cooperate with air separator and make a high separation of copper and plastic.
  4. Integrated electrostatic separator: connected with the plastic outlet, it is so effective to recycle thin scrap cable.

How electrostatic copper wire granulator separate scrap cables?

  1. The main crusher process the waste cables into particles with blades and the mixed particles are transferred to the air separation.
  2. Air separator separates the mixed particles, then the copper and plastic particles can be obtained. But secondary separation is necessary.
  3. Small vibrating table connects the copper outlet and plastic outlet of air separator, making the copper granules purer.
  4. Electrostatic separator connects the plastic outlet. It is used for recycling very thin copper mixed in plastic, which can enhance the recycling rate of copper.
