Machine Structure

Our MS-D800 metal scrap shredder is consist of machine frame, rotating shaft, blades, motor, reducer, electric box.

Heavy duty machine body is welded with highly flexible steel plates and uses exquisite processing technology, it has higher shock resistance and stability, ensuring that the machine can continue to work at high speed.

The rotating shaft is made of high-strength heavy-duty special steel, which can bear higher speeds and provide stronger tearing force with the blade. It is enlarged and thickened, which has greater shock resistance and wear resistance and is more durable.

The blade is made of H13 steel and has been precision machined and heat treated multiple times, which has improved the flexibility and hardness of the blade. The exclusive patented barb-type blade installation makes it easier for workers to perform daily maintenance and replace blades.

The bearing adopts a split and easy-to-disassemble structure with an exclusive patent, which allows the bearing, blade, and other parts to be quickly disassembled, making it easy to perform daily maintenance and replace vulnerable parts. At the same time, the unique sealing structure can effectively block the corrosion of broken objects and grease and protect the bearings and gears as much as possible.

MS-D800 large industrial shredder adopts a dual motor + dual reducer. The PLC operation panel enables the shredder to achieve fully automated production.
